Knowledge Management (KM) is the process of identifying, organizing, storing and disseminating information within an organization. The knowledge includes technical resources, frequently asked questions, training documents and people skills. Knowledge adoption, training and coaching are crucial to keep employees aligned and motivated toward the business strategy. SANADC, in collaboration with our training partners, will be able to measure the knowledge gaps related to business agility in the organization, to identify training and coaching needs.
